The Chairman’s Council is New York City Opera’s most exclusive patrons’ group that provides leadership support for programs, productions, and operations.

In recognition of their generosity, Chairman’s Council patrons enjoy
personalized ticketing services, priority seating, access to the Patrons Lounge, invitations to opera salons in private settings, VIP passes to rehearsals and auditions, plus grateful acknowledgement in our programs and website, among other privileges listed below.

CHAIRMAN’S COUNCIL PRIVILEGES
$2,500 Patron
• Grateful acknowledgement in City Opera patron listings (i.e., programs, annual report, and website).
• VIP ticketing services through the Patrons’ Desk for access to sold-out events, house seats, and exchanges.
• Access to the Patrons Lounge.
• Advanced ticket sales to City Opera productions and gala events.
• Guest passes for 4 to select dress rehearsals.
• Invitations for 2 to an artist’s Green Room reception and backstage tour.
• Invitations for 2 guests to an intimate City Opera salon, hosted by City Opera’s Chairman in a private setting.

$5,000 Fellow
• All of the benefits of the Patron level plus:
• Higher priority seating through the Patrons’ Desk.
• 2 additional invitations (4 total) to an artist’s Green Room reception and backstage tour.
• 2 additional invitations (4 total) to an intimate City Opera salon.
• 4 reserved seats at open air events, such as City Opera in the Park.
• Autographed copies of select City Opera programs and merchandise.

$10,000 Director’s Circle
• All of the benefits of the Fellow level plus:
• 4 VIP guest passes to select City Opera auditions.
• Invitations for 4 guests to pre-and post-concert cocktail receptions with City Opera’s General Director.
• Invitation for 4 guests to an annual Chairman’s Council dinner with City Opera stars, hosted by the Board.

$25,000 Benefactor
• All of the benefits of the Director’s Circle plus:
• Top credit on Chairman’s Council programs, website, and annual report.
• Top priority seating through the Patrons’ Desk.
• 6 additional seats (10 total) to open air events, such as City Opera in the Park.
• 6 additional seats (10 total) to an annual Chairman’s Council dinner.
• Ability to host a private concert featuring emerging opera talents.
• Special dedication of a City Opera performance: publish a dedication in the
evening program and enjoy 10 VIP seats at that production.
